Tilch brings with him a long history of working within the polymer industry in Europe, giving him greater understanding of the marketplace and how best to meet our client’s needs in the unique market that is Europe. Tilch, a plastics engineer, also has a rich background in the ISO certification process, which reinforces Drake Plastics’ commitment to quality. “I believe in selling values, not products,” said Tilch. “From our viewpoint, this makes Tilch perfect for Drake Plastics,” added Quance.  

Part of Tilch’s role will be to help transition into leading Drake Plastics in Europe, as well as help formulate strategies and tactical plans with Drake USA, as well as with the Southern European operations based in France.
