Wayne has over 30 years’ experience in ultra-performance polymers, accompanied by a rich background in precision plastic parts and material selection.

Shawn is available to answer technical & application questions, offer sales support, and quote precision ultra-performance polymer parts.

Based out of Germany, Axel Tilch is available for sales and technical support. With his engineering degree from the University of Aachen, coupled with years of technical service, application engineering and market development skills in the plastics industry he is perfectly suited to support our customer needs in Europe.

Based out of France, Ermanno is available to assist you with sales and technical support.  With an impressive career in the engineered plastics industry, Ermanno is a valuable resource to customers.

Located in Taiwan, Michael is available to assist you with sales and technical support.

Len is a certified Master Molder with a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Project Management. Injection Molding of Ultra Performance Polymers and Tool Design has been a passion of his since 1998. This foundation and experience equip Len to provide Drake customers with creative, economical, and robust solutions.

Doug has backgrounds in management, sales, manufacturing and ERP systems. He works with Drake’s CNC specialists, technical sales and quality professionals to help provide Drake’s Precision Machining capabilities and solutions for customer’s parts and production needs.

Tyler graduated from University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. He is now a licensed PE in Texas. Tyler manages a team of six engineers and technical professionals that are focused on materials and machine design. He and his team support plastic melt process manufacturing and develop new process technologies to ensure Drake Plastics and the products offered stay on the pointy end of innovation, efficiency, and quality world wide.

Donny has an extensive management background in Manufacturing, Quality, and Business/Organizational Development.  His efforts are focused on developing and implementing business solutions to enable optimum operational performance and overall customer service.

Annie began her career with Drake in 2007 working as a customer service specialist and now manages the Customer Service Department, Fabrication orders, working closely with the international team on international orders. Annie enjoys the customer contact and the customer service group and assists both in any way she can.

Benita is focused on the practical utilization of quality systems. Starting with a BS in Ceramic Engineering, her 20+ years in various manufacturing industries has made her an expert in Quality Management Systems. She is focused on continual improvement of the systems at Drake Plastics to ensure the continued delivery of quality products to our customers.

Cameron began his career with Drake in 2019 as Customer Service Specialist. Now in marketing, he supports website development, press releases, corporate communications and tradeshows as well as supporting select Key Accounts in North America.

Katherine joined DRAKE in 2019 as part of the Customer Service Team. She has over 20 years of customer service and focuses on the international customer orders.

Krystin joined the Drake team in 2021 with a wide array of customer service experience.  She leverages this experience to support both customers and the Customer Service team with order fulfillment.

Manages all accounting functions inclusive of accounts payable, accounts receivable, semi-monthly payroll preparation and financial reporting.

Over 15 years of customer service, and sales experience.  Customer driven with a passion for customer service with experience in Steel and Oil and gas.

Gracie is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University who has begun her career by joining the Drake customer service team. With a wide array of customer service and communication experience, she supports domestic customers with order fulfillment and process facilitation in various areas.

Bryan is passionate about people and relationships, and eager to find the best possible solution for your application. He began his Drake career in the Extrusion Department and is keenly familiar with stock shapes and their transition into precision machined parts.

Seasoned quality professional with over two decades of experience spanning various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and pharmaceutical. Since diving into the realm of quality assurance in 2000, He has become a trusted expert in ensuring product integrity and process efficiency across diverse manufacturing landscapes. With a prestigious black belt in Lean Six Sigma, he excels in optimizing operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. His dedication to excellence and passion for quality management is evident in his track record of delivering exceptional results.

With a background in math, education, and extensive experience in manufacturing and QC, Pedro has continued to excel at meeting the stringent requirements for parts production in Aerospace and Ultra-Polymer applications for Drake Plastics.

John has over 30 years of successful application development experience in the engineered plastics industry, focused on problem solving and metal replacement utilizing precision machining and injection molding.
